Continue to organize Contract Advocacy Teams
Continue to connect with staff and governance across the state
Increase member involvement at local, state, and national levels
Continue to host listening sessions and site visits

Open the bargaining process to more member participation
Negotiate to fix permissive language that is pervasive in our CBA
Bargain better working conditions:
Lower caseloads
Stronger overload provisions
Reduced workload
Continue coordination with WEA to access resources and expertise
Hold district leadership to the agreements of our CBA through labor management, proactive collaboration, problem-solving and the grievance process

Continue to support affinity groups.
Bring NAKIA Academy mentor training for BIPOC members
Provide resources and training for equity work
Focus on open communication and healthy debate

Continue collaborating on policies and structures to support the work of our union:
